Kathmandu, 8 October: The rape and murder case of 13-year-old Nirmala Pant in Bhimdatta Municipality in Kanchanpur is still a great suspense.
The Police investigation team is clueless, on the other hand, general public have questioned on credibility of the Police.
The investigation team is saying that it has become difficult to reach to the criminal due to the Police negligence in the beginning.
The Nepal Human Rights Commission has asked the government to re-examine the evidences.
In the report made public by the Investigation Committee has stated that there was negligence from the Police to investigate on the murder case.
The Police investigation was doubtful, it is stated in the report made public on 7 October, stated the Investigation Committee formed by the Home Ministry following the agitation in Kanchanpur demanding punishment to the murderers.
The Investigation Committee was formed under the coordination of joint secretary Hari Prasad Mainali.
