Kathmandu, 28 April: NMB Bank organized the ‘8th NMB Bank Heritage Walk 2019’ on the occasion of World Heritage Day. The Bank has been working to create awareness on preservation of rich heritage sites over the years.
First initiated on the occasion of its 16th anniversary, the Bank has been organizing the Heritage Walk since the past seven years. Like in the past, the sole purpose of this event is to raise awareness about the importance of preservation of our heritage sites among the local communities.
The event was inaugurated by representatives from the Bank’s Board of Directors and Sunil KC, Chief Executive Officer, NMB Bank. The Heritage Walk commenced from the Bank’s Sitapaila Branch and concluded at Swoyambhu Temple, following a Clean Up program and Photo Exhibition.
