Kathmandu, 9 August: President Xi Jinping of People’s Republic of China is scheduled to visit Nepal anytime between October 8 to 10. In the same month Indian President Ramnath Kobinda too is visiting Nepal, reports Jan Aastha verncualr weekly.
If everything goes well, Chinese president will certainly arrive in Kathmandu be it for some 8 to 10 hours. Prime Minister Khagda Oli has instructed concerned quarters to act sincerely and discharge their duty honestly. He has personally taken the initiative and has even begun monitoring the works being undertaken in connection with Xi’s visit.
According to the paper, Oli instructed to make necessary arrangements in the diplomatic sphere and report to him once he arrives from Sinapore. Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Hou Yanqi inspected and took stock of blacktopping and maintenance of Tribhuvan International Airport.
