Kathmandu, 17 September: Nepal recorded a total of 1,558 new cases of Covid-19 and 10 fatalities in the last 24 hours taking the country’s coronavirus caseload reached 783,075 according to the Ministry of Health and Population.
Moreover, the countrywide Covid-19 mortality toll has jumped to 11,012 while the total coronavirus recoveries has dropped to 746,566 with 1,351 discharges today. The country’s active Covid-19 case count currently is 25,497. The Kathmandu Valley recorded as many as 156 infections today while Lalitpur and Bhaktapur recorded 61 and 48 respectively.
