Kathmandu, 21 December: President Vidyadevi Bhandari has assigned the responsibility of the Ministry of Defense to Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
A statement from the President’s office said, “As Defense Minister Minendra Rijal has resigned from the minister’s post, as per the recommendation of the PM, the responsibility of the Defence Ministry has been assigned to the PM”.
