Kathmandu, 15 February: Noted litterateur of the country Taranath Sharma passed away this morning at his residence in Kathmandu.
His last rites are going to be performed at the Pashupati Aryaghat today.
Born on 23 June, 1934 at Barbote, Fikkal,
Ilam, the late Sharma was fluent in Nepali and English literature.
Sharma had done a Masters degree in English literature and Ph D in language and was decorated with Madan Award, Sajha Award for his contribution to Nepali literature.
